Hi friends, I’m off to St. Louis! But before I go I’m doing my weigh-in a day early. I stepped on the scale today and it said 192. This makes me a little nervous.
I just think about vacation and I gain weight. My plan for vacation is to go into maintenance mode. I’ve packed my running shoes so I’m hoping this will help.
In other news I broke into my skinny clothes stash while packing and I fit in all of my old clothes again! Some of them are even too big. I was hesitant to do this since I still weigh about 10 pounds more than I did on average but that weight lifting must have done it’s job because I’m definitely more compact.
Okay, I’ve gotta go pack a few last minute things! I’ll see you again on Tuesday with a full report. Have a great weekend!
I know what you mean about vacation…if I go away even for a weekend to visit my family I seem to come home heavier than when I left! I bet weights are helping though. I have been strength training and I’ve noticed that while I’m not losing any weight, my clothes seem to be fitting better. Something must be working! Enjoy St. Louis!
